Everything the crew does.

The full tour. Every agent, every page of the dashboard, every limit and every price — shown with the real interface. Read it top to bottom, or jump by chapter.

A crew, orchestrated.

Each agent owns one job, gets only the tools that job needs, and writes every action to the log. The Planner runs the shift; the others do the work; a Policy check reads every outbound action before it leaves. Scout, Outreach and Support come with Growth; every other agent is on every plan.

Three shifts. One report.

The crew works business hours in your timezone — no approvals during the day, one email at the end of it. Each shift starts with a plan and ends when its slice of the day’s credits is spent. Between shifts, Support keeps answering the inbox as mail arrives.

  • Shifts start at 9 am, 1 pm and 4 pm, your clock.
  • “Run now” starts an extra shift on demand, up to three a day.
  • Unhinged Mode (Growth and Scale) runs a full cycle every two hours for a window you choose — and stops the moment you say so.
  • The first run after launch never emails anyone unless you uploaded leads yourself.

A website, designed and hosted.

Built during onboarding from your brief and brand photos, live on your own subdomain within minutes. Every site is structured content rendered by one tuned design system: an art direction is chosen for your business, a creative review scores the draft, and every later change is a version you can roll back in a click.

  • “Ask the Engineer” in plain language — “add a wholesale FAQ under pricing” — and a reviewed change ships as the next version.
  • A blog on your site: three articles at launch, then the monthly cadence you set.
  • A contact form on every site. Messages land in your Email page with a WEBSITE badge, and Support answers them.
  • Custom domain included: connect one you own or pick one in-app — Airocrew registers it, you’re the owner on record.

Your own mailbox, warmed up and watched.

Every company gets a branded sending domain and an inbox inside the dashboard — alex@harbor-coffee.airocrew-mail.com, with a sender name to match. Outreach, follow-ups and Support all go through the same door, and sending starts small and grows by the day so a new domain earns its reputation instead of burning it.

  • Follow-ups happen inside the original thread — 3 touches at most. A reply, a bounce, an opt-out or a booking ends the sequence.
  • Opt-outs are recognised in any wording and six languages, honoured forever, never answered. Every outreach email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • A complaint, or a bounce rate over 5%, pauses the mailbox automatically.
  • Outreach needs your postal address on file and only goes to people on your lead list — never to a customer, never to someone who wrote in.

One calendar for every platform.

Connect the accounts you have with each platform’s own sign-in — no third-party portal. The Social agent writes and schedules a week at a time, each post cut to its platform’s rules, and you see the whole month on one grid where you can step in anywhere.

  • Every slot is one post with a text variant per platform — edit, move, publish now, retry or cancel. Cancelling before publish refunds the credits.
  • Compose your own post across platforms with library media; format rules are checked live.
  • Followers, views and likes per platform above the calendar; views · likes on every published post. Refreshed daily, fed to the Planner.
  • Thumbs up or down on a post, with a note — the crew reads your feedback every run.

Leads you can stand behind.

Upload a list or let Scout build one. Scout searches the open web for decision-makers who match the ideal customer in your profile, records every company it looked at so it never researches one twice, and refuses consumer and free-mail addresses in code, not by promise.

  • CSV upload with quoted fields, duplicates removed, up to 5,000 rows a file. Purchased or scraped lists aren’t allowed.
  • Generic inboxes (info@, contact@) are avoided by default; a guardrail switch allows them as a last resort.
  • “Next touch” shows when the following email goes out; bounced and unsubscribed are permanent.
  • With Stripe connected, a lead who becomes a real customer flips to customer and is never cold-emailed again.

Contact-form visitors and inbound replies become leads marked replied — Outreach never cold-emails someone who already talked to you.

A library, a studio, and a logo that’s a real file.

Everything visual lives in one place. Upload images, video and PDFs into Sets — Brand, Product shots, Lifestyle, Media kit, or your own — and every image is described automatically so the crew can find “the blue mug on the counter” when it needs it. Each asset says who made it: you, or the crew.

  • Generate images in five ratios or clips of 4, 6 or 8 seconds, faithful to up to three reference photos. Boost switches to the higher-quality model.
  • Ideas from your company profile fill a prompt, ratio and references that fit your actual products.
  • A guardrail sets how freely the crew makes visuals — off, only when a deliverable needs one, or a weekly allowance on its own.
  • Logo studio: four sketched concepts in different directions, the one you pick rebuilt as clean SVG with a typeset wordmark — light and dark lockups, PNG exports.

Stay in scope
It talks about your business and Airocrew. Ask it for a cake recipe and it says so, briefly, and spends nothing.

The brief the crew actually reads.

Thirteen sections that describe your business, drafted for you and then yours to edit. Existing business? Type your URL and the profile is written from your own site, pricing and product pages. New idea? Pick one of three generated concepts and the profile, the site and the mailbox are built from it. Every agent, every shift, starts from this page.

  • Edit any section inline; regenerate one at a time; undo the last change.
  • Your edits win: a section you wrote is never overwritten by a regenerate you didn’t ask for.
  • Thumbs on deliverables and posts become preference notes the Writer, Social, Outreach and Support agents read — quoted in your words.
  • A booking link and your postal address live in Settings and reach every email that should carry them.

Your Stripe, read not touched.

Connect the Stripe account you already have, or create one from the dashboard. Revenue shows your real numbers — net over 30 days, MRR, payments and refunds, new customers, best sellers — synced hourly and never estimated. The Planner plans against them, the report quotes them, and Airocrew never charges, refunds or moves your money.

  • Leads who become paying customers are recognised automatically and outreach to them stops.
  • List your Stripe products from the assistant and put one on your website with a Buy button — the payment link is created on your account.

30 DAYS · DAILY NETAMBER = REFUND DAY

Autonomous, not unsupervised.

No approvals during the day is the whole point — so safety lives in code, not in a prompt. You set the rules once in onboarding and change them any time — allow flags in Settings › Guardrails, each agent’s own behaviour on the Agents page; every outbound action passes the same six gates; and the kill switch at the top of the sidebar pauses the crew, cancels scheduled agent posts and refunds their credits.

  • Each agent has its own switch on the Agents page. The Planner is the one that stays on.
  • Priorities: an energy bar splits the month’s credits across social, outreach and content, with presets like Growth sprint.
  • Escalations are for humans: the crew hands over instead of guessing, batches them into one 7 am email, and shows the count in the sidebar.
  • Site changes are versions; posts can be cancelled before they publish; refunds and disputes on top-ups claw the credits back.

Several companies, a few people, one account.

Run a portfolio of brands from one sign-in and invite the people who help you run them. Every company gets its own crew, website, mailbox, profile and calendar, all drawing from the account’s single credit pool. Billing stays with the owner; everything operational is open to the team.

  • Invite by email and choose which companies a member sees — or all of them, including ones you add later.
  • Members see and do everything operational. Billing, top-ups and deleting a company stay owner-only.
  • Passwordless sign-in for everyone: magic link or Google.
  • Delete a company and its domain, mailbox, storage and runs go with it. Delete the account and the subscription is cancelled the same moment.

One unit for everything the crew makes.

A flat monthly fee buys a pool of credits that refills on the 1st. Every deliverable has a fixed price, so the month is predictable and nothing is metered behind your back. The Planner sizes each day from what’s left and how many days remain, so the allowance lasts the month.

  • Planning, policy checks, the report, the company profile, the assistant and your first website build never cost a credit.
  • Top up any time — 200 for $20, 550 for $50, 1,200 for $100. Credits land instantly and are for the current billing month.
  • Cancel a scheduled post or a failed site build and the credits come back.
  • Three plans: Starter $99 · Growth $349 · Scale $849 a month, with 1,500 / 5,000 / 12,000 credits. Annual billing takes 10 / 15 / 20% off.
