Terms of Service

Last updated September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Unified Software Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal address at 262 Chapman Rd, Ste 240, Newark, DE 19702, USA (“Airocrew”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the Airocrew website at airocrew.com, the Airocrew dashboard and applications, the websites and mailboxes we provision for you, and every related service (together, the “Service”).

Please read these Terms carefully. They include a binding arbitration clause and a class-action waiver (Section 19) that affect how disputes between us are resolved.

By creating an account, clicking “I agree”, starting a subscription or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and business use

The Service is built for businesses. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, are acting on behalf of a business or as a sole proprietor, and can form a binding contract. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity. The Service is not offered to consumers for personal, family or household purposes.

2. What the Service is

Airocrew is an autonomous AI growth team. A set of software agents (the “crew”) plans and carries out marketing work for the companies you add to your account: drafting and scheduling social posts, finding and emailing prospects, replying to inbound email, building and hosting a website, generating images and video, producing reports, and related tasks. The crew works on a schedule during your local business day and reports to you by email at 5 pm local time.

The crew acts without asking you for approval before each action. Instead, it operates inside controls you set in the dashboard: a kill switch that pauses the whole crew, per-agent on/off switches, guardrail settings (for example whether the crew may reply to support email or change your website), daily sending limits and a credit budget. Every action the crew takes is written to an audit log you can read in the dashboard. You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining these settings.

We may change, add or retire features of the Service at any time. Features marked “soon” or “coming soon” are not part of the Service until released.

3. Your authorization for us to act in your name

When you connect an account or enable a capability, you expressly authorize Airocrew and its crew to act on your behalf and in your name, including to:

  • publish posts to social media accounts you connect;
  • send email to prospects and customers from a mailbox we provision for your company (for example you@yourcompany.airocrew-mail.com) and reply to email received there;
  • create, edit, publish and host a website for your company on a subdomain of airocrew.com or a custom domain you connect or buy through us;
  • read revenue, customer and product data from a Stripe account you connect, and, only when you ask for it in the dashboard or the assistant, create Stripe Payment Links for your own products so they can be sold from your website;
  • purchase a domain name in your name when you request it;
  • generate marketing content, images and video using AI.

You can withdraw this authorization at any time by pausing the crew, switching off an agent, disconnecting an account or deleting a company. Actions already taken (for example an email already sent or a post already published) cannot be undone by us.

We never charge cards, issue refunds or move money in a Stripe account you connect, and we do not take any revenue share from your sales.

4. Accounts, security and team members

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. Sign-in is by magic link or Google; you are responsible for the security of the email account and Google account you use to sign in, and for everything that happens under your Airocrew account.

Depending on your plan you may invite team members. Team members can operate the companies you share with them (including acting through the crew) but cannot manage billing. You are responsible for your team members’ use of the Service and for removing access when it is no longer appropriate.

Notify us immediately at team@airocrew.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Plans, credits and billing

Plans. The Service is sold as flat-fee subscription plans (currently Starter, Growth and Scale) billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Current prices, quotas and features are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Taxes may be added where required by law.

Credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. The crew spends credits when it produces work for you (a post, an email, an image, a website change and so on); the current price list is shown in Settings › Credits. Your credit allowance refreshes on the 1st of each month. Credits, including purchased top-up packs, apply to the current billing month, do not roll over, are not transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits at the end of a month are forfeited. When your balance reaches zero the crew stops until the next refresh or a top-up.

Top-ups. You may buy additional credit packs at the prices shown in the dashboard. Top-ups are one-time purchases and are consumed in the month they are bought.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on each renewal.

Plan changes. You can switch plans in Settings › Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. A downgrade is not permitted while you have more companies or team members than the target plan allows; remove them first. Legacy prices for existing subscribers stay in force until the subscription is changed or cancelled.

Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel at any time from Settings › Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the period already paid for; after that the crew stops, hosted websites and mailboxes are taken offline (see Section 11) and no further charges are made. All fees are non-refundable. We do not offer money-back guarantees or prorated refunds for partial periods, unused credits or features you did not use, except where required by law.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your account is marked past due. The crew stops, credits are not issued and top-ups cannot be purchased until payment succeeds. We may cancel a subscription that remains unpaid.

Third-party costs. Advertising spend, transaction fees charged by Stripe or a social platform, and similar third-party charges are billed by those providers to your own accounts, not by us. Domain names registered through the Service are included with an active plan, up to a registrar price of USD 20 per year (see Section 11); domains above that price are not offered in-app.

6. Your content and the crew’s deliverables

You own your content. You keep all rights to the material you provide to the Service: your company brief, brand assets, logos, photos, media, website copy, contact lists and settings (“Your Content”).

You own the deliverables. As between you and us, you own the posts, emails, images, videos, website content and other work the crew produces for you (“Deliverables”), subject to the rights of third parties (for example fonts or stock material under their own licenses) and to Section 9.

License to us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display and modify Your Content and Deliverables solely to provide, secure and improve the Service and to act on your instructions (including publishing and sending them in your name). This license ends when the content is deleted from the Service, except for copies in routine backups and as needed to comply with law.

No model training. We do not use Your Content or Deliverables to train AI models, and the AI providers we use are contractually prohibited from doing so.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for Your Content and for how you use Deliverables. You represent that you have all rights needed to provide Your Content and that its use through the Service does not infringe or violate anyone’s rights or any law.

7. Connected accounts and third-party platforms

Connecting a social media account, Stripe account or other third-party service is optional and subject to that provider’s own terms and policies (for example the platform rules of X, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google and Stripe). You are responsible for complying with them. Social publishing is delivered through our provider bundle.social, which appears as the requesting application on the platform’s consent screen. We are not responsible for a third-party platform’s availability, rate limits, content decisions or changes to its API, or for a platform suspending or restricting your account.

8. Email outreach and contact data

The crew can send cold outreach on your behalf. You agree that:

  • Lawful lists. Any contact list you upload or ask the crew to build must be lawfully obtained and used in compliance with the laws that apply to you and your recipients, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada’s CASL, the EU/UK GDPR and ePrivacy rules, and equivalent laws elsewhere. You are the data controller for those contacts.
  • Postal address. You must provide a complete, accurate business postal address. It is printed in every outreach email, as the law requires, and outreach is blocked until it is set.
  • Unsubscribes are honored automatically. Every outreach email carries a working unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers. Opt-outs are recorded on a suppression list for your company and enforced on every future send. You must not remove, override or circumvent that list or ask the crew to email someone who has opted out.
  • Sending limits. We enforce per-mailbox daily limits, a warm-up ramp and a reputation circuit breaker. If a mailbox generates complaints or a high bounce rate we may pause it, and we may suspend a company or account that repeatedly generates complaints.
  • Your mailbox. Mailboxes are provided on our airocrew-mail.com domain and remain our property. They may only be used through the Service and only for your company’s marketing and customer conversations.

9. Acceptable use

You will not, and will not allow anyone using your account to:

  • send spam, unsolicited bulk messages outside what Section 8 permits, or messages with forged headers or misleading subject lines;
  • publish or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing or that violates anyone’s privacy or publicity rights;
  • impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
  • market products or services that are illegal where you offer them, or that require licenses or approvals you do not have;
  • use the Service to build a competing product, or scrape, reverse engineer or probe the Service other than through the dashboard and features we provide;
  • upload malware, interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, or attempt to bypass usage limits, guardrails, credits or the suppression system;
  • use AI-generated content to deceive people about a material fact or about the content being produced by a person where the law requires disclosure.

Purchased, rented or scraped contact lists are not permitted; every lead you upload must be someone you have a lawful basis to email.

We may remove content, pause the crew or suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe violates this Section, with notice where practicable.

10. AI-generated work

Deliverables are produced by large language and image models. We build in automated policy checks, budgets and guardrails, but AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased or unsuitable, and can occasionally resemble existing material. You are responsible for reviewing Deliverables before relying on them, for the decisions you make based on them, and for their final use in your business. Marketing results — leads, replies, followers, sales — depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed. Nothing in the Service is legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice.

11. Hosted websites and domains

Hosting. Websites the crew builds for you are hosted on our infrastructure at yourcompany.airocrew.com or on a custom domain you connect. They are structured content rendered by our platform, not source code delivered to you. Your site stays online while your plan is active and the company exists in your account. When a subscription ends, is past due, or a company is deleted, the site and its mailbox are taken offline. You can ask us for an export of your site’s text and images by emailing team@airocrew.com before then.

Your existing website. The crew builds and maintains sites created on Airocrew only. It does not edit, migrate or host websites or code you built elsewhere.

Custom domains you connect. You may point a domain you already own at your Airocrew site. You remain responsible for that domain and its registrar account.

Domains registered through us. When you ask us to register a domain for your company, you are the registrant: your contact details are submitted to the registry as the domain’s owner. The domain is registered and paid for through our registrar account, included with your plan for names whose registrar price is USD 20 per year or less; names above that price are not offered in-app. One included domain per company. We keep the domain renewed for as long as your plan is active and the company exists in your account. When the company is deleted or your plan ends, we stop renewing it; you may transfer the domain to your own registrar account at any time before it expires by emailing team@airocrew.com, and we will release it within a reasonable time, subject to the registry’s rules (for example a 60-day lock after registration). Registrations are final once the registry has processed them; because the domain is included, no refund is due for it.

12. Our intellectual property

The Service — including its software, agents, prompts, designs, templates, site layouts, the Airocrew name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your business during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you give us about the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

13. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only to perform under these Terms. Your company brief, contact lists, revenue data and conversations are your confidential information; our non-public pricing, roadmap and technical details are ours. This obligation does not cover information that is public, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law (with notice to the other party where allowed).

14. Third-party services and beta features

The Service relies on third-party providers (listed in our Privacy Policy) for AI processing, hosting, email delivery, social publishing and payments. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions. From time to time we may offer features labelled beta, preview or experimental; they are provided as-is, may be changed or withdrawn without notice, and may be less reliable than the rest of the Service.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE, THE CREW AND ALL DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT DELIVERABLES WILL BE ACCURATE, ORIGINAL OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER AIROCREW NOR ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS OR SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law permits.

17. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Airocrew and its members, officers, employees and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content or your contact lists; (b) content published or email sent in your name through the Service, including claims by recipients, platforms or regulators; (c) your products, services and business practices; (d) your breach of these Terms or of applicable law; or (e) your team members’ use of the Service. We may take over the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you will cooperate with us.

18. Term, suspension and termination

These Terms apply from your first use of the Service until your account is closed.

By you. You may cancel your subscription at any time (Section 5) and may delete a company or ask us to delete your whole account at any time.

By us. We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, with notice where practicable, if you breach these Terms, if your use creates legal or reputational risk (for example spam complaints or platform enforcement), if a payment remains unpaid, or if we discontinue the Service (in which case we will give at least 30 days’ notice and refund any prepaid fees for the period after discontinuation).

Effect. On termination the crew stops, hosted sites and mailboxes go offline, and your right to use the Service ends. For 30 days after termination you may request an export of your data by emailing team@airocrew.com, after which we may delete it. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15–17, 19 and 20) survive termination.

19. Dispute resolution — binding arbitration and class-action waiver

Informal resolution first. Before starting a formal proceeding, you agree to email team@airocrew.com with a description of the dispute and give us 30 days to try to resolve it with you informally.

Arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules (and, where applicable, its Expedited Procedures). The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section. The arbitration will be conducted in English by a single arbitrator, by videoconference or on documents unless the arbitrator decides an in-person hearing is needed, in which case it will take place in New Castle County, Delaware. The arbitrator may award the same relief a court could award to an individual party and must follow these Terms. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Each party bears its own attorneys’ fees unless the arbitrator finds a claim frivolous or the applicable law provides otherwise; AAA fees are allocated under the AAA rules.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek an injunction or other equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

Class-action waiver. YOU AND AIROCREW EACH AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one party’s claims. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will be decided in court under Section 20, and the rest of this Section still applies.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing team@airocrew.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, with the subject line “Arbitration opt-out”, your account email and a statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

20. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and, where applicable, the federal laws of the United States. Subject to Section 19, the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and each of us consents to personal jurisdiction there. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you by email to your account address or by a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before it takes effect, unless the change is required by law or addresses a new feature, in which case it may take effect immediately. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when the current version took effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, cancel before then.

22. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any order or plan details shown at checkout are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and replace any earlier agreements.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Severability and waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers, internet failures, acts of government or natural disasters.
  • Export and sanctions. You may not use the Service in violation of U.S. export controls or sanctions, or if you are on a U.S. government restricted-party list.
  • U.S. government users. The Service is commercial computer software; government users receive only the rights granted to all customers under these Terms.
  • Notices. We may send notices to your account email. Legal notices to us go to team@airocrew.com or by mail to Unified Software Solutions LLC, 262 Chapman Rd, Ste 240, Newark, DE 19702, USA.
  • Independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship. The crew’s authority to act in your name is limited to what Section 3 describes.
